The Annual FUSE Book Drive
Every year, FUSE holds an annual book drive to get books into the hands of children. This is a program with First Book in collaboration with the AFT to get books into the hands of the children. FUSE members handed out over 12,000 books available to children in New Rochelle.
The FUSE Sock Drive
This year, FUSE held a sock drive. People often give clothing and coats to clothing drives, but items like socks are rarely provided and are in short supply. FUSE collected new socks to support The Sharing Shelf which provides matched, seasonally appropriate clothing to local children and teens in financial need.
FUSE works with local organizations to distribute food
FUSE members are involved in food distribution to families in need in New Rochelle. Some of our members have given back at Hope Community Kitchen, and list of placed where we have participated.
